I reinstalled 7 months later a second time PBX CREATION on 3CX hosting for free for 3 months, but when i try to use the ip address. it doesn,t work. I guess after 3 months its no longer free and need to pay. but why it say the installation is DONE and running?
or do i need to install it again but not on 3cx cloud hosting but only on google cloud hosting?

You can't use the 3-months twice. Simply deploy it with your license anywhere and the FQDN will be updated with the new IP.

You can also PM the staff to see if they can make sure that your VM in their cloud gets deleted, to prevent conflicts.

Yes if you used 3CX trial is for short time, if you want to use in production you need your own paid cloud to host PBX.

Thank you for your advise. I upgraded my Google Cloud. My $300 credit is already gone. Do you know for one phone line with one people who use the 3cx PBX on Google Cloud. How much the billing can be in average?

300$ gone for what, using 3cx ? that's impossible you probably use other google services.
Anyway if it's really case change to AWS lightsail or OVH start at very low price.

I did not used the $300 credit. Google said that after 12 months it is automatically expired and cannot be renew even if I did not used the $300 credit...
I can see I have a VM install 3cx installed on google cloud but stopped. I start it again and not it show green led saying it is running.
So If I want still use google cloud. how much can cost me for one people? I don't make a lot of phone calls.

Ok I misunsderstood, as it is no link with Google you can try it and see how much they charge for a month, if you are not confident, then choose with links for example I send almost you have a known price in front of offers.

So now I was able to run Computer engine Virtual instance on google cloud of 3cx. it was already installed there before a few months ago. but i was not using it. now i received an email from 3cx saying:
3CX detected that your Public IP Address changed.

New IP: 35.222.154.209

When I connect with ssh. I can see debian OS is running. but my FQDN is connected to it to. but cannot see the web portal . May I know why?

if you have same KEY license installed one from google cloud and same on 3CX trial host then it conflict.
Also even FQDN point now to new IP on Google instance , you need to wait DNS propagation for FQDN to resolve .

Ask 3CX staff to check this for you and remove double use same key. @YiannisH_3CX or @NickD_3CX
Prepare your key license and FQDN they can find you quickly to proceed deletion

Thank you everybody for your precious HELP. I finally was able to make it work. It is online with Google Cloud. I just had to activate first the google cloud compute engine and billing and then do again the resinstallation on 3cx web site and it work and he kept my existing settings from my previous installation
