All our phones are Yealink. I am using the "Remote Phone Book" for the directory. This guide is being updated from 3CX. There are too many names. I want to separate them from department to department.

The remote phonebook is automatically created as XML. I want to create automatically this by dividing it into departments.

Is this possible?
