i16V Manual Settings for Door Relay

I know the i16V is not officially supported. I have the voice part of things working, but I cannot get the DTMF to trigger the relay. Could somebody send me a pic of the security settings page (even of a different model)? I've tried the VM pin as well as the DTMF code in the web interface. Here's what I've got:
