  1. Fanvil i16SV will not shut up after use

    As the title states, this is very annoying. After a successful entry to the building with the 4-digit code and then hangup, the thing plays dumb music incessantly. This started after the update to v20 and firmware upgrade to the latest 3CX offered for that model.

    I know the i16V is not officially supported. I have the voice part of things working, but I cannot get the DTMF to trigger the relay. Could somebody send me a pic of the security settings page (even of a different model)? I've tried the VM pin as well as the DTMF code in the web interface...

  4. doorphone works only one way

    Hi, I set up 3cx with alphatech doorphone through SBC. Doorphone registers fine and an can call to the doorphone from my mobile app. However, doorphone does not call my app. Checked audio and video codex, but these are fine and work from y mobile to my doorphone. What els could be wrong here?
