Idea of improvement

Hello !

We are testing the V16 web conference, the addition of numbers to call for people not having a microphone or speakers on their computer is a very welcome addition. I'm not sure if we will use it yet, since we see two little problems with it :

• if you call the meeting, your number is displayed as your name. I'm not sure if we want to use that for external users. Some may not want their number to be displayed. I know that we can use the webinar solution otherwise, but it's not as easy to create (the O365 calendar connection is great).
• if someone joins from the computer, and call the number for the sound, he or she will appear twice in the room. Not a huge deal, but a bit confusing.

Are we missing any option somewhere to improve this ? Those are not major problems, but it would be a welcome addition to the webmeeting part. Otherwise it's working really well, and we enjoy using it more and more. Keep up the good work !

That's a good point. We'll look into disabling the number or at least showing only a part of it.

Unfortunately there's no way for us to identify and know that a computer participant and a landline caller are actually the same person. We're not aware of any way to get past this limitation unfortunately.
