If I make a call from the 3CX App, my desk phone rings.

I have a problem and I would like to explain by example.

I use 3CXPhone for Windows. No problem when someone calls me. But, when I call someone my desk phone rings.

Ring - as in an outbound call... or do some phones still ring the handset inbound and then when you pickup the handset it places the outbound call?

I'm on mostly Grandstream phones and they start making an Outbound Call.
