Im the owner and My ip is locked out

I am the owner of my system. I have multiple ips blocked now I have access to the admin console but the is no spot for blacklisted ip not sure how to fix it

For this, you will need to raise a support ticket with the blacklisted IPs to check and remove them

In addition to my colleague's reply, you may want to check the firmware of the phone you are trying to add as a router.

Fanvil V65 requires the firmware version 2.12.16.20.

Please first update the firmware and wait 24 hours for the IP blacklist to be automatically removed before trying to re-add the phone.

i've had the same problem like autor of this topic.
your advice did'nt helped me, do you have other solutions or ideas how to fix it? ty

So if you are on the 3CXStartup and your IP got blacklisted, you will need to open a ticket and let us remove the IP for you, however for this not to happen you will need in advance to follow the instructions in the above reply and ensure that the IP phone firmware is the same as here in advance before you try to register the phone.

I think this is due to configuration limitations or lack of available options on your system.
Check the documentation or administration guide: First, try to find the documentation or user manual for your system. They may contain information on how to manage your IP block list. If it doesn't help, update the software.
