Consistency between 3CX client apps is huge and there are some inconsistencies around image handling. Generally speak though, some things with all 3CX client apps are lagging behind norms in the industry.
PS: I was really happy to see in recent updates the desktop app spell check not only detects errors but not offers suggestion quick edits like the webclient and nearly everything else you type words in.
- The desktop app can't handle right click copy image and paste, you have to download files and then drag and drop the files. The webclient supports this.
- Proper gif support is expected and badly needed, they have become part of how people communicate. Currently, you can't copy and paste them you have to upload them and they still does auto-play in the chat thumbnail, you have to open the file by clicking on it which isn't always obvious that its a gif.
- The mobile client you can't hold you finger down (like right click) and get an option to save or send like windows and web, you have to open the thumbnail and then you get some more options.
