Dear 3CX Expert and All,
I am new in importing 3CX user for my customer. May you please help suggest and correct as per my attached CSV formate and error? What normally will we fill in the CSV fileformat before importing for user creation in 3CX.

For manual wizard, we just follow by inputting Ext. Number FirstName, LastName EmailAddress and MObileNumber are enough to create an user extension.
Thanks a lots to let me know.

NumberFirstNameLastNameEmailAddressMobileNumber

The best way to see what fields are required is to first, create an extension via the 3CX Management Console, export that extension and then add new rows to that exported .csv file based on the row in the exported .csv file.

Give it a go and let me know if you have any issues with it.

Dear @ChrisC_3CX
Yes, i exported the working one from extension and same the same exported sheet and renamed the expected new Ext. user, username and mobile number, for the rest i removed the old info for each field. Do you think some fields do I need to keep it same.

Please find my imported users and field which same to exported one, i removed all records on each fields and input new Ext. user, username and mobile number

I have a suspicion that the program you are editing the CSV with might be changing the format and 'breaking' the file.

Try exporting an extension, editing it with a text editor (like notepad, notepad++, etc, NOT Excel), change ext number auth id, auth password, etc, save and re-import.

Try importing one extension only first, not many togetherm until you find what is going wrong.
