Importing V16 recordings into V18

Hi All

I upgraded from v16 to V18 but my phone recordings didn't get imported. I have the recordings backed up from V16. Is there a way to import these recordings?

Did the backup you made from v16 and restored to v18 have the recordings or are the recordings part of another backup.

How did you perform the upgrade?
Were you using the default location for recordings?
Can you still get to your recordings?
