In-Call Annoyance

Hi, when I am in a call using 3CXPhone for Android, my face would touch the dialpad unintentionally. This behaviour is wrong, and unlike Skype for Android, which locks its interface when in a call... please advise? Thanks!!

Haven't had that problem, perhaps I just angle the phone away from my face. I do notice that the screen goes blank and I assume that it does not react to touch at that point. When I lower the phone to enter digits (voicemail access) the screen then lights up again. There could be a screen setting in Android, that needs to be changed on your set for this to take affect.

unfo we have seen that the "proxymiter" sensor been setup different in models/brands in the market.
We have tested it against all phones we have listed to work. unfo. we can NOT cater for all models on the market. There are to many...
