Good morning everyone.
I have a 3CX SMB Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 689) I have four cordless phones registered to a Yealink W80D multi-cell dect system.
In the configuration there is a ring group with the "Ring all extensions" strategy in which I have inserted all four cordless.
For almost a year everything had been working correctly and all four cordless phones were ringing at the same time for the established time (60 seconds).
For a few days now, calling the ring group extension, two cordless phones have been ringing for the entire set time, while two other cordless phones have been ringing for 2-3 seconds and then stop ringing.
Calling the extension directly, however, it rings for the duration set correctly.
The ringing for 2-3 seconds problem only occurs with the ring group. Not with direct call.
I believe the problem occurred after upgrading 3CX SMB from v.18 to v.20
I honestly don't understand what problem there could be.
I ask you for help.
Thank you all

Note that the PBX will sent the invites to the base and the base will notify the cordless devices.
The Ring Group has only those 4 extensions?
What is the firmware version of the base?
If you re-create the Ring Group the issue is the same?

Firmware Version: 103.85.0.25

The W80DM manager has Firmware Version: 103.85.0.25
I tried creating a second ring group, with the same four extensions, but the same thing happens.

Can you please also check and update to the latest firmware version as listed here?

The installed firmware was sent me directly by Yealink support as with the previous firmware there was no support speed dials configured on the handsets buttons.
It seems quite strange to me that it is a problem with the DECT system, if I call a cordless phone without through the ring group, it rings for the correct time.

As a first step, you must ensure that the firmware is the same as in the list that you can see in the link above.
Also, did you get any feedback on this matter from the vendor directly?

Please ensure that you are on the latest firmware first and let us know.

I tried turning off the dect bases and provision the extensions via the 3CX app and indeed the ring group rings for the correctly set time. Now I try to update the dect manager to the latest firmware version hoping not to lose the speed dial functions on the handsets again. If necessary, I will interface with the Yealink vendor for further information.

You might need to check with Yealink. Keep in mind that if the invites are sent to the base then it is upon the base to communicate with the cordless phones.
