We have run into a problem when it comes to a client having their VoIP phone number listed in some of the large phone books (ie, Qwest, Yellow Book, etc.). Apparently if you don't have a Qwest number they will not list you in the phone book unless you pay for advertising in the yellow pages. Also they will not list you in the 411 directory. Has anyone else run into a similar problem? Did you find a solution?
Should the ability to get VoIP numbers into local phone books and the 411 directory be one of the criteria when 3CX or anyone else reccomends a VoIP service provider??
Thanks again
