Morning,
We are on a paid up system through a supported provider, who are good but it is Sunday and I'm trying to work an issue out or at least have a better understanding of what is/is not possible for the morning... if anybody can help!
Our organisation is moving to 3CX from NFON, at the moment we've forwarded calls aimed at DI numbers to temporary numbers on the 3CX system until the number ports complete this week. Calls are flowing OK, but we have an issue where any incoming call is showing up as the number called. For example
If 01753 333 333 calls 01753 999 999 then 01753 999 999 is showing up as the caller on the handset.
I've looked at the INVITE and I can see how this is happening, because the NFON system is setting the Contact/From field to the 01753 999 999 number. There is a field in there - "Remote-Party-ID" which is containing the original callers number. See below;
InvIN Recv Req INVITE from ip:5060 tid=dqjam6304o3vnmdc8930.1 Call-ID=[email protected]:

CSeq: 1 INVITE
Session-Expires: 3600;refresher=uac
Min-SE: 600
Accept: application/sdp

Content-Type: application/sdp
Supported: replaces, timer
Remote-Party-ID: <sip:[email protected]:5060;user=phone>

Is there any way to get 3CX to recognise that Remote-Party-ID have caller information use it? We're on V20 U2.
Any help would be gratefully received
Thanks
