I have a single caller that us unable to reach us by phone. When I look at our phone logs I see the call attempts from the customer. His calls are all going to destination "s".

What does this mean and how can I fix this issue?

Do the asterisk logs show anything?

Note the caller's ID and make sure you have an inbound route that would match your caller's info. Also make sure it's pointing to a valid destination (IVR, queue, trunk, extension, ring group, etc.).

I am not sure how to view the logs that you are referring to.

There is nothing special/unusual about the caller's ID that I can identify that would make it route differently than all of the other calls.

What is destination 's'?

s is displayed when it strats by s into the dialplan.

For example.
Code:
[dialpllan]
exten => s,1,Noop(my dial)
exten => s,n,...Etc

You could make a trace of your call and check each step of this call.
For you, it could be an announcement i guess or else.

Jut an idea like that.

The most important to know, this call had been responded or not?
