Inbound Faxing

Hi all,

I have a commercial version of 3CX, Patton 4960 1E30V and ISDN services from telco.

I am trying to utilize the faxserver function to direct all incoming faxes to the virtual fax 888 or other ext via email pdf.

An analogue fax machines dials my DDI number and 3CX answers the call and sender emits tone while faxserver remains quiet. Thus, fails.

Can anyone pls help. thanks.
