I've tried searching around, and can't seem to find anyone else with this issue. Sending and receiving both technically working for MMS. inbound MMS photos viewable in webclient, but on iOS (iphone) app, the picture is just a file, and not a picture, and no way to view it. Anyone seen this problem before?

EDIT: MMS via Flowroute

+1
Having the same issues. The iOS app used to display MMS attachments but now it is just a long numbered file name with no file extension. Web app and desktop app display MMS attachments no problem. Also using Flowroute, webhook v2.1 and the webhook url has "v3" in it, pointed out by another post (https://messaging.3cx.com/v3/webhook).

i tried updating to the 3cx beta client for ios and that didn’t help. for the record my system is hosted by 3cx on the latest release of 18. (not beta)

+1 here as well, filename without extension in IOS, but pictures display properly in WebClient.

now it is just a long numbered file name with no file extension.
This is the reason, iOS client won't attempt to detect what kind of document is one having no extension.

+1 Having the exact same issue. My MMS was working as of last year when I initially set it up, but now has this issue of receiving a *file* with no extension. Has anyone figured out a solution to this?

I haven't tried that, but I'm currently using 3CX hosted server and I'm not sure if I can revert back to a stable release. Just incase that update causes problems. Is there an easy way to just go back?
