I'm setting up a new 3CX with a SIP carrier and running into an issue with local calling. Locally, we can call with just 10 digits. Outbound works fine but inbound from my cell to the DID on the phone requires i add the 1 first. Is this a carrier issue or an inbound setting in the SIP setup or inbound rule. Where would one look?

Look at 3CX activity log, and check for any activity of the call. If no activity I would contact your provider.

On the failed call, do you hear any message.

On the DDI setup, you could try entering * in the number i.e. *7654321 will match 987654321

What you have tried is to call back DID from a previous call number received on your cell phone? and miss the first digit? am i right?

If this is the case , try this in trunk Caller ID section

To be clear...are you talking about a call, to a DID number, made from your mobile though your mobile provider? If that is the case, and you are required to dial a 1 first, then that is a requirement by your provider and nothing to do with 3CX.

If you are talking about a call, from your mobile, but using the 3CX App, then that call format, will be based on the 3CX outbound rules.
