Inbound straight to Voicemail

Hi all,

I'm new with 3CX. I thought i should try it out before i start implementing it and suggesting it, so i signed up for the free tier. Really easy setup with a supported sip provider. Only one ext atm on my android phone. Outgoing call works nice. Inbound? straight to voicemail. No active GSM calls at that moment.

i have the SIP trunk registered on an asterisk pbx as well (different credentials). Disabled it just in case. The same. I cannot seem to find any logs.
Any suggestions? Thanks a lot in advance

Hi, what did you configure for routing these calls? I meant, for office hours, break hours, out of office hours?

Are you using the SMB version? if so you can get a call report and check the call flow.

wow. i feel totally idiot! i didn't check the working hours. i assumed that its "always on" if i don't use them. It's working like a charm.
