Hi! :)
I am using latest BETA Android app. System version is 16.0.3.327. I am using Android app on Samsung S10 +, with Android 9.
I am experiencing following problem: When I receive a 3CX call, during ongoing GSM call, the GSM call stays on, I can hear the other side normally, but the other side does not hear me anymore. Even after I reject incoming 3CX call, the problem with ongoing GSM call stays. I can hear the other side, but they cannot hear me.
Is there any fix for this?
Thank you

Check to see if the telecom option is set to on. that is the thing that can affect this.
Settings > Advanced > Car/Bluetooth TelecomAPI option.
A better beta update is coming soon. We will shoot for tomorrow or early next week.

There is a catch here. If you have a sip call and a gsm call comes in, you should not have this problem.
Can you confirm this?
Then make the gsm first and then the sip call.

This part in the api is working differently on all phones.. Your confirmation on this test and it's inverse will be greatly appreciated.

Plus s10 had a good update like 2 weeks ago. Make sure you have everything up to date. At least I can confirm that with the upcoming beta with telecom api on, samsung s10 works brilliantly. (after the samsung update)

Hi,
I have the same problem on the S9 with Update 2. On a test installation with Update 3 Alpha the problem doesn't exist. On the other hand l still have the problem of having one way audio with telecom Api activated. Also when talking on the phone without bluetooth.

Incoming call cancels GSM call - this should not be like this. you should hear a beep.
If you do not hear a subtle beep, or complete ringing, then I will need phone and os..
To recap

When SIP is connected, and GSM comes in, We shoudl hear the GSM ringing. Yes annoying but whats app and telegram do it like this (we tried other variants and they just dopnt work)
The best other alternative is to simply put the sip on hold without warning. Which we prefer not to.

When GSM is connected, and sip comes in, you should hear a subtle beep.

If it does not work like this, I will need phone and os and what happens in each case.

Let me know quick because we are preparing another good beta update soon. Like this I can include maybe some specific fixes for the popular phones at least

The call is actually not cancelled, only the other side on the gsm call can't hear me any more. I checked again with phone system version 16.0.3.252 and android client 16.0.4.393 and again one way audio on gsm call. Phone Samsung Galaxy S9, andoid 9, build PPR1.180610.011.G960FXXU6CSGD

HI
Go to settings > advanced and uncheck Car/bluetooth option
Try again.. And let me know

Hi,
if bluetooth option is unchecked I have the problem of one-way audio in gsm call. The 3cx call comes in, the phone vibrates and the other side on the ungoing gsm call can't hear me anymore.

If bluetooth option is checked I have one way audio on all 3cx/sip calls with or without using bluetooth, but no problem with the gsm call.

It seams there is a connection between these two problems.

How sure are you that you do not have a networking problem?
If you get another phone will it also have 1 way audio?
You can send us a welcome email [email protected] and we can make some tests. First test from stable phones that you know work. Then move to mobile / unstable networks..
Can you call *777 echo test? Do you have 2 way audio?

I don't think it's a networking problem. I'm testing on the local wifi. With 2 Galaxy S9 phones there is the problem with one way audio on gsm calls after incoming 3cx call, on the Galaxy A7 on the same network no problem like this.
3CX call work on all phones with bluetooth api unchecked, but with new telecom api there is one way audio on 3CX call on all three phones, also when using *777. I will send the welcome mail asap.

If when you make *777 you have one way audio then you have a ports issue. Networking. Do not let any other thing confuse you. Go and dig in the ports. Ensure all 3CX Ports are open and forwarded. Ensure nothing is blocking access in your wifi. *777 you should speak and hear what you say. If this does not work, it means that your voice is not arriving to server or server is not sending it back to you.
