Incoming 3CX call when in GSM call - ringtone problems

When I am in a regular GSM call on my Android phone, and I simultaneously receive a 3CX app call, the 3CX ringtone plays at full volume from the same speaker as the call. This makes it near impossible to hear what the other person is saying. Doesn't matter if I use the internal speaker, BT headset or speaker.

I know there have been threads regarding 3CX DND/busy status when in a GSM call, but that's not the problem here. I just want the incoming 3CX call to be quiet when I'm already in a call.

GSM call when in a 3CX call does not have this problem.

Currently on the latest V18. Using the beta app on a Samsung Note 10+.

Hi @Stian , thank you for your feedback. As workaround, please disable the telecom api (Settings > Car/Bluetooth support) and let me know if fixed. Please note that will be investigated.

I tried disabling telecom API. Now I get no ringtone from 3CX during a GSM call, but I also don't get any kind of notification that there is a call from 3CX. Not a big problem though...
This also brought on the opposite problem, now I get the ringtone blasted into my ear when receiving a GSM call during a 3CX app call

I think I will go back to forwarding all 3CX calls to my mobile until this problem is fixed. Please advice if there is anything else I should try.
