incoming call goes to voicemail within a second

recently had an issue, not sure of update of 3cx related but now when a call comes in the desk phone briefly flashes and goes to voicemail.
there is only one extension.
logs show the following Inbound: 0number (0number) → Via trunk: Voicehost (+internal number) → username (100) → Busy, call forwarded to Voicemail Box (100)
thing is there is nowhere i can see that i'm set as busy or on the phone.

current version is 20 with latest updates.

any clues greatly appreciated

Hi Agila,

Does the user have any phones allocated to them?
We have had this with some users who had a phone that didnt register after moving the customer to V20.
After getting the Phone back online this cleared the issue for us.

yes an IP deskphone and app.
it's been running on v20 for a year and just stopped a month ago. i've removed the phone from from 3cx and factory reset it then reprovisioned and added to user. and still the same.
i ended up creating a new extension and it worked.
