incoming call only rings on 1 phone

i think successfully setup a 3cx pbx on Debian 9
When i ring my main DID, one phone rings, when i pickup i can talk both ways.

When i ring the ringgroup in which mulitple phone reside and which attached to the DID, only the 1 phone rings, while i would like ALL the phone to ring at the same time,
How do i get them to ring all?? (p.s. the ringgroup has "strategy "Ring all", which i've set).

Check settings on the SIP Trunk that it is directing to your Ring Group, also check your Inbound Rules to see if directed to Ring Group.

You're using the same DID for both?
Use the 3CX Activity Log to see why any call routes to where it does.

The ring group functionality itself can be tested by dialling the RG number from any extension.
