the setup is that all calls go to a Queue.
There are like 30 people in the Queue that can log in to the Queue. But basically only 1 or 2 extension will actually be logged in.
Extension 250 is the receptionist extension and is configured on a Android smartphone. Nothing else is installed on the smartphone.
When a call comes in to Queue 800, extension 250 is logged in, so she takes the call.
All good.
When a second call comes in, then sometimes this call is ringing on the smartphone as well, allthough this extension is busy....
Accept Multiple calls is disabled on the extension.
So how is this possibe...?
