Hi Member in forum,

i configured Digital Receptionist to route call to Queue after 1 second, the issue is when there is incoming call to digital receptionist while the prompt is playing the caller disconnect the call but the call still come into the queue.
please help.

Hello @Ravilla

I think this is related to the other issue you are having with the digital receptionist. Try replicating the scenario from a local extension. Call the digital receptionist and hang up the phone while you are listening to the prompt. Does the call still forward to the queue?

Which provider are you using?

Hi YiannisH,

Yes follow your advise i called to digital receptionist extension and hang up the phone the call was disconnected immediately.
i used generic sip as here doesn't have support sip yet. this should cause from sip provider or my pbx?

Since it works when you are testing locally i would assume that the issue is with the communication with the provider. If you are familiar with wireshark i would recommend running a capture and checking the communication between the provider and the PBX once the call is terminated.
