Incoming Caller ID formatting

I just moved my internally hosted setup over to Startup Free - when an incoming call comes in - all phones are showing caller ID as:

caller number:ring group

So if I called my ring group "All Phones Ring Group" - incoming caller ID would be something like "18885551212:All Phones Ring Group"

How do I change this to be say called name and incoming number? This was simple when I hosted - cant figure out how to change under StartUp Free...

Please be informed that you cannot change this in a 3CX StartUP solution.
