Incoming caller ID not showing anymore

Hi,

I don't know if it was the upgrade to v20 from v18. But Before we use to have caller ID for incoming call. We use ATT flex . Is there a setting on the 3cx to enable that? please advise. or do I have to call my ATT? there was no changes with ATT. Seem like an upgrade v20 mess up some setting? please advise.

In your Sip Trunk, under the Options tab, the Caller Id reformatting is there?
