Hi,
Forgive me, I am new to all of this! I have recently setup what I believe is the free cloud based PBX, and purchased a SIP trunk and DID from Fuse2.
I have followed the fuse2 configuration guide as best I can. I can currently make internal calls between extensions, and I can dial out upon which the caller ID shows the DID as expected.
What I do not seem to be able to work out is why whenever I try to dial in I get a 'User Busy' notification. I have tried adjusting the call routing to various options but this doesn't seem to have an effect. I can't find any log within admin portal to give me an idea of how these are being handled.
Please help!

James

HI @JamesRae

This might be the case if the DID has not been assigned to a destination (ext, queue, IVR, ring group).
Check if this is the case and assign the DID to a destination and try again.

Hi @AndreasPo_3CX

I have just tried assigning the DID to a single user, and then to a ring group with all the users and get the same effect. I can call out but both configurations result in user busy when dialling in.

I don't see any evidence of calls coming in from the Call log in reports, to in the Event Log section.

It might be the case that the calls are not actually reaching the 3CX server.
I would suggest that you contact the provider to check it from their side as well.

Thanks @AndreasPo_3CX , I have contacted fuse2 to see if they can see what is happening on their end. I will report back with any information gained.

Just to close this out, it has been resolved by the SIP trunk supplier and now all working for incoming and outgoing.

@AndreasPo_3CX thank you for your help.
