Solved Incoming calls while dialing

Hello

I have a client that while they are in the process of dialing out, a call coming in on the ring group kicks them out of the dial.

Is there a way to set up if the handset is off hook/dial tone active, that no incoming calls will ring?

That would be a function/option (fault?), of the set itself. Since the set has not yet sent an Invite to the PBX, at this point, 3CX does not know that the handset is off-hook. The set maker probably assumes that an incoming call takes president over a partially dialed one. Which would make sense to me.
What phones are you using?

They are using Fanvil X7s

Ill have to look into the phone's settings further
