Hello to everyone!

One Question.
I have connected one spa3000 to my system, one pstn line to spa, one extension 101 and I call from my mobile to the pstn line.
I have this to lhe server:

14:39:44.213 Call::Terminate [CM503006]: Call(7): Call is terminated
14:39:38.505 CallCtrl::onLegConnected [CM503005]: Call(7): Device joined: sip:101@(my_3cx_ip):7018;rinstance=a012728787d189ae
14:39:38.414 CallCtrl::onLegConnected [CM503005]: Call(7): Device joined: sip:69xxxxxx@(my_spa_ip):5061
14:39:32.726 CallCtrl::onAnsweredCall [CM503002]: Call(7): Alerting sip:101@(my_3cx_ip):7018;rinstance=a012728787d189ae
14:39:32.386 CallCtrl::onSelectRouteReq [CM503003]: Call(7): Calling: Ext:101@[Dev:sip:101@(my_3cx_ip):7018;rinstance=a012728787d189ae]
14:39:32.316 CallCtrl::onIncomingCall [CM503001]: Call(7): Incoming call from 69xxxxxx@(Ln.10001@4421) to <sip:101:5060>

My 101 extension ring, but I see "Incoming call from 10001", not from
my mobile number "69xxxxxx".
Any help?

My 101 extension is x-lite software

Thanks in advance!

its with your SPA 3000 it need to be configured properly to get the caller id from pstn line and pass it onto the extention. Please check your PSTN provider is not blocking the caller id.

Thanks for your time.
My SPA is ok with the clid.
If you see at 14:39:38.414 CallCtrl::onLegConnected [CM503005]: Call(7): Device joined: sip:69xxxxxx@(my_spa_ip):5061
the "69xxxxxx" is my mobile phone, so the 3cx have the number,
but I can't see at my screen.

Thanks
