My 3CX cloud server has been running perfectly for the last 6 months.

A couple of days ago I noticed that my Grandstream 2140 and 2160 desk phones were no longer ringing for incoming external calls. The calls show up on the switchboard and in the queues but the extensions didn't ring. I also noticed that all extensions are grey on my Grandstream phones along with the parking slots. I can no longer call between extensions or use the parking slot BLF button.

I can make external calls from any of the deskphones just fine.

If I call from a desk phone to a 3CX app extension on my mobile phone the call goes through just fine. But I can't call back through to any of the Grandstream extensions.

Any calls made between extensions show "calling" on the screen but no sound until voicemail kicks in.

I can log in and out of queues and set availability on the phones.

I've rebooted 3CX and have run the firewall check and it reports everything ok.

So basically everything is working except calls to the desk phone extensions and their BLF status doesn't show either.

The only change I can think of that's happened over the last few days is upgrading the Grandstream phones to the latest firmware (1.0.11.6) but I'm not 100% certain if that's when the issue started.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can try to resolve this?

Thanks in advance,

Phill

Sounds like the same issues as many. The firmware upgrade is bad.

Try downgrading to the previous one (download the file on Grandstream website and replace the other in the firmware provisioning folder of 3CX).
