Greetings, after the clock is changed (in Serbia, the clock is switched to summer and winter time) in the PBX in the interface, I see the correct time in the call log and events.
But in Salesforce, the event is transmitted with an offset of an hour ago, at first I thought that the problem was in salesforce, but then I saw that in CDRlogs the time for events was also indicated one hour ago. I have selected the correct time zone +1 Belgrade in the PBX settings.
Tell me how to fix this? Points to watch out for, the Debian operating system

Where do you see this shifted time? In the activity description? Or the standard "Due date" field?

It turned out that the time in Salesforce is incorrectly displayed in the custom field. There it is calculated without the participation of the automatic telephone exchange.
Tell me how to make CDRlogs display the time taking into account the time zone and not UTC?

The value added to the activity description is what you specify in the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM Integration > Call Journaling section. You are using variables there. The standard value for the description of an inbound call is:
[DateTime]: Answered incoming call from [Number] [Contact::FullName] to [Agent] ([Duration])

The [DateTime] variable contains the start date & time of the call, in local time zone, formatted using the local culture from the 3CX server. If you want something else, you can use a different variable. Here is the list of variables available:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/server-side-crm-template-xml-description/#h.vcivldjsa1lz

For example, this expression will give you the start date & time in UTC time zone, formatted in a different way:
[[CallStartTimeUTC].ToString("yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ")]

The information in the CDR can't be changed. You can choose which columns to include, but you can't select a different time zone.

Got it, thanks, let's try this option
