Solved Incorrectly display buttons/menus

Good Morning,

I've got an issue on one of our PBXs where some of the menu's are showing like this:



Version: 16.0.8.9
Windows 10

I've restarted all the 3CX services but cant restart the OS yet.

To first, exclude the possibility of this being a browser issue, test by accessing the Management Console via the latest version of Google Chrome in incognito mode and with no browser extensions enabled. Maybe performing this test from a different PC would be even wiser.

tried Firefox private browsing and also Google Chrome to no effect.

i've rebooted the PC and the menu's are still showing incorrectly.

Could you try switching to another language? Does it actually switch or does it stay the same?

I had already started a reinstall before your suggestions.
