initial prompt audio cuts for 2-3 seconds.

when someone calls on the number, all the prompts messages cuts the audio 2-3 seconds from the start. for example, if the extension is unavailable the voice mail prompt starts from "or * to contact the operator" instead of "record your message and press pound or * to contact the operator"

Also facing the same issue on the call queue intro prompt and IVR audio.
