Inquiry About DTMF Input Feature in 3CX Version 20 Update 5

Dear 3CX Support Team,


I am writing to inquire whether the DTMF input feature is available in 3CX Version 20 Update 5. I was unable to find information on DTMF capabilities within the Digital Receptionist in this version.


If DTMF input is not included in Version 20 Update 5, could you kindly suggest an alternative method to enable this functionality in the current version?
