Install New IP Phone

I want to install new ip phone in my office.
so what should i do??
note::this phone i don't to get incoming call but can outgoing call and can get forward call from existing ip phone..

Is elastix behind a router or firewall? did you open the ports 5060 and 10000-20000? Do you have inbound routes? Do you have an ata or gateway?

i don't know..i am new and i don't know what is ip phone...

allright do you first have elastix installed on a computer? thats number 1

next what phone do you have is it analog? ( its the old phones that have that phone jack)
or do you have an IP phone (grand stream instead of the old phone jack it has an internet port)

After that i can get a better picture
