Integrate Hikvision doorbell in 3cx

Hi everyone!
I've bought a Hikvision DS-KV6113 and i can register it with 3cx as generic telephone (with the sip credential in the settings). When someone press the button i can receive the call and i can answer, but the problem is that i can't see any video, nothing ... only voice. I've tried with the 3cx app, cisco cp-8845, 3cx webclient and zoiper pro. Someone knows why there is this problem?

Make sure the camera uses only H264 or VP8 for video codec.

It will only work on official 3CX mobile app and Webclient (WIP for the Windows app.)

The camera codec is set on H264, the stream works only on linhome app…that i’ve tried now…strange
