Integrate Hubspot in EU

Hello,

I am really new here. But i tried to integrate my hubspot account and that is working fine.
Only when i get an incoming client he open the wrong URL.

Their is another forum post where they find the solution but i don't understand how i can get this fixed. (this forum post)

Is their someone who can help me please?

We will be providing an updated template shortly to fix this. If you need this urgently, you can use the edited template provided by the customer in the thread you mentioned. You should upload that template to 3CX > Settings > CRM > Add. However, please note that doing this you will end up using a custom template, not the standard, so you will not get updates. As soon as we release the fix, you should revert to the default template.

I can't tell when it will be released, it's being tested by QA.

I've just seen that the Integration has an update to version 11. Now you can fill in the correct domain needed for your instance of HubSpot. It is prefilled with app.hubspot.com. In my case (EU server) it has to be app-eu1.hubspot.com.

Everything else remains the same as per documentation.
