Would love the ability to have built in integration to allow for quick, professional sounding prompts or away messages for customizing messages on the fly.
Text to speech with AI has evolved to be fairly convincing (getting away from the uncanny valley), where it could be very helpful to create custom, professional sounding greetings for digital receptionists (especially trees multiple layers deep), custom holiday messages, emergency on the fly prompts for when a call center may be experiencing a rush of related calls, etc. On top of making it easy to see and edit the existing ACTUAL script that is being said within the UI.
Elevenlabs.io has an API that can be utilized for what hopefully should be an easy integration, with multiple voices to choose from, or even training your own voice for companies that want to have a more custom voice for their brand.
I think that having this available for managers to be able to make changes quickly and on the fly would be a pretty big differentiator.
