Integration for Ticket Creation - Hubspot

Hi there,

I'm trying to develop an integration using CFD to create a ticket in Hubspot, but since the authentication method changed to OAuth 2-0 I don't have no idea how to proceed or if it's possible to do it.

I have the URL and all the ID's and Secrets to proceed but I always stop in this error: "Authentication credentials not found. This API supports OAuth 2.0 authentication and you can find more details at https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/auth/oauth-overview".

When you use OAuth2 for authentication, you need to do the authorization first. This is something that you will need to do in a browser (you can't do it from a CFD app), because you need to open the HubSpot authorization endpoint in your browser, login and grant access to the app. This will give you a refresh token.

Once you have this refresh token, you will need to get an access token. This access token can be requested from the CFD app without user intervention. And once you have this access token, you will use it in the Authorization header in your Web Service REST component.

That's basically what you need to do. If you're getting that error, then you're probably not sending the token in the Authorization header. Then you need to identify which endpoint you need to invoke in order to create the ticket, but that's a second step. First ensure that you have the OAuth2 authentication working.
