integration of WhatsApp with 3cx

i did the integration between 3cx and WhatsApp and i give it to 1 person but when i do it with department it doesn't work

NB: the account of Facebook still new.

It could be a setup issue with the department’s number or permissions. Double-check that everything is linked correctly. Since the Facebook account is new, it might also take a bit for everything to sync with WhatsApp.
