Integration w/ Civica Cx Housing Management System

I hope you're all well!

We have a prospective customer who wishes to integrate their new 3CX Solution with their current CRM - Civica Cx Housing Management System.

As this is not a software which 3CX integrates with natively, I was curious as to whether anyone had experience in integrating this with 3CX in the past or advise on how to proceed?
