Integration with MySQL

Dear 3CX Team,

When we integrate with 3CX and MySQL Database, how could we get the abandoned call data, waiting time data & talking time data from 3CX?

Do you even know a little bit about 3CX? You should know there's the CRM integration that can send data to your database. However, waiting time vs talking time is not available. It's just "duration". Abandoned calls can be identified by having the same agent as the queue extension. See the docs for details.

You may want to take a look at our 3CX Exporter tool. Our tool automates the replication all the internal 3CX data to MySQL or SQL Server, or MariaDb. From there you can use whatever reporting tool you prefer -- Power Bi, Crystal Reports, Active Reports, Excel, etc. If you need help building custom reports, we now offer that service too.
