Hi there. We want to have a sort of panic button. Where a user presses a speed dial/blf it then rings a call group. Currently the call is coming from the user that initiated the call which you'd expect but can we force it to come from / display Panic - Reception? We have on prem but I couldn't post there. Dan

You can include the Ring Group or Queue being called in the display but it would be applied to all calls. If that is OK for you then its possible.

Alternatively create a dummy extension to which the BLF goes which has a call forward which triggers the ring group call.

I would use a ringgroup with this name just for this calls. Put all the users in there who need to get the calls.
