Are there any others who are having issues adding Internal Participants for Schedule Conferences from their Android phone? When I try to create a schedule conference, it says "select internal participants", however, it only shows contacts from my phone and no internal extension.

Thanks,

Alexander

Just to add to this, on iOS, it gives you the ability to select Internal and external Participants from two different tabs.

Hello @AlexanderHanna

What version Android client are you running? I am able to add internal participants, however the client does show both internal extensions and my personal contacts. The next screen allows you to add external participants as well.

Version 15.5.345.642.

The previous version was the same too.

After I enter details about the conference and select "Next", it takes me to a screen that says "select internal participants". Here I can see contacts from my mobile contact list, but I don't see anything from my 3CX contacts or other users extension.

Do you have access to a different device and see if you can replicate the issue? What device are you currently using?

Yes, I have checked different devices and it is the same issue on all android devices. The iPhone devices have no issue. I am using a Samsung S9 device with the latest updates.

Thanks

Hi Anything on this?

Thank you for your feedback.
This is a bug and will be fixed as soon as possible.

Actually, I don't think that it is a bug. There might be an issue in how it is implemented though.

I am finally able to see my internal users, but the current setup creates a problem. I was not seeing them before because I had "Do not show extension in 3CX company phonebook" enabled (under Options/Options). If I show the extensions in the phonebook (Disenable it), I can see all the extensions as per Group settings. However, this allows for others to see all extension numbers in the phonebook. And as we know, the phonebook does not limiting viewing by Group.

Is this what you are talking about bug fixing?

Thanks,
Alexander

Adding..

The crazy think is that this only happens on Android devices and NOT iOS devices. iOS device work with no issues.

So yes, I agree that this is a bug. But please note that on another client system where we are not allowing extension to appear in the phonebook, there are no issues. It's only when you decide to limit the phonebook entry.

Thanks,
