We use Linux iso of 3cx.

Internal server error 500 appears when multiple extension imported.

There is probably an invalid parameter in the csv file you are trying to import. Try to import a single extension and see if you are still getting the issue. Or manually create an extension and export it so you get the correct fields and values. Once you have them try to create the csv file based on that
