I have recent upgraded my lab 3CX to Alpha Version 20.0 Update 10 (Build 1621 Alpha - AI 1.6.57). Immediately, I lost access to Integrations section and get this error.

Version: 3CX 20.0 Update 10, Build 1621 Alpha, AI 1.6.57
Deployment: self-hosted private cloud
Symptom: Integrations section became inaccessible immediately after the upgrade
Exact error: Failed to receive system information. Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator.

How could I fix the issue?

Can you please create a support case to check to check this further?

I tried but it doesn't allow me to create support ticket due to the system is not for sale.
