Solved International Calls

I'm getting this error when trying to make calls to India.

Call from [10310] to [+91960104XXXX] has been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [+91]. Reason: +91960104XXXX contains Prefix +91. Calls to +91 are not allowed by system. Resolution: To allow this call access the Admin Console, Advanced, Allowed Country Codes and enable the country or continent that matches this prefix.

I have the owner extension but no advance option.
