intro prompt and Music on hold

I saw a post a while back about the two are crossing over. We have a Queue setup with a intro prompt and a music on hold. The problem is that the two start at the same time and both have someone talking you can hear both. Is there a way to have the intro prompt then once that is done the music on hold start?

At the moment there is no way. Vote for the idea in features. Intro prompt starts and background music is at a low volume.
