Invalid provider credentials

I tried to install 3cx on aws however the Access key says Invalid provider credentials i make sure the credentail are correct please help.

@Mercy1885 to install 3CX system in AWS, you must have a dedcaited 3CX subscription, which you can add to your account at login page https://login.3cx.com/Account/Login.
